Gender Roles (in dating)

A man’s role during the dating process is to be the initiator. Allowing the man to be in the driver’s seat (as he should be) is the only way to discover what he will do on his own, without prompting, to win you over. Once in a relationship, things tend to balance out naturally but the essential role of the man to lead and the woman to follow his lead should remain intact. A woman’s role during the dating process is to allow herself to be courted (don’t make the man’s job difficult). Sounds simple but there is effort involved. It is up to the woman to feel worthy and deserving and to present herself as such.
